Interior Design and Build

There are two types of Interior Designer: the type who can do twiddly things with fabrics and wallpaper and provide grottos of seaside detritus for the bathroom, and the type who has a good grasp of construction techniques and space planning and who would really prefer to be referred to as an Interior Architect.

Schimmer Child can’t claim the title officially, but we have designed everything from a single piece of furniture to the inside of an entire house,

So perhaps sometimes we are Interior Designers after all.
And sometimes we’re just the hired help.
